George Gallanes – Vice President

Mr. Gallanes spent several years in the restaurant management field overseeing personnel teams to ensure patrons had an enjoyable dining experience. His responsibilities included budget planning to ensure optimal spending and saving, knowledge in facilities management, product purchasing, inventory control, repairs, and management. Upon the conclusion of his career in the restaurant field, his years in this industry allowed him to develop the organization, people, and customer service skills necessary to excel in the real estate management profession.

Mr. Gallanes then began working in property and residential management looking after owner asset and income properties. He then transitioned into community association portfolio management. He is a very active Board Member in his own HOA for the last 18 years. This position has allowed him the opportunity to work very closely with community managers and to learn from them. He also has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Inland Empire Chapter of CAI and he holds an active California Real Estate License through the Bureau of Real Estate that he earned in 2014. He currently holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations through Community Associations Institute (CAI).
