Aubree Wardrip – Assistant Portfolio Manager

Ms. Wardrip’s role within the company is to provide customer service support to company community managers and our Association cliental. Ms. Wardrip also interfaces with client vendorscontractors, insurance, legal and accounting professionals on issues. He is responsible for ongoing data entry and programming for our gated communities, telephonic communications, administrative tasks, electronic documents, correspondence, supplies and inventory controls. Ms. Wardrip successfully completed the CAI, M-100 course and has obtained her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation through the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). Through Ms. Wardrip’s growth, experience and skillset will eventually allow her to become an association portfolio manager.
