Meet Our Assistant Portfolio Manager II

Weston W. Brown – Assistant Portfolio Manager

Mr. Brown’s background comes from the commercial business promotional marketing products, printing, and business forms industry. He worked for The Hannigan Company, Inc. a prominent Riverside based company for the past 30 years where he was a successful sales representative for years. Transitioning from this industry with his client customer care skillset, Mr. Brown’s business role within the company is to provide customer service support to company community managers and our Association cliental.  Mr. Brown also interfaces with client vendors, contractors, insurance, legal and accounting professionals on issues. He is responsible for ongoing data entry and programming for our gated communities, telephonic communications, administrative tasks, electronic documents, correspondence, supplies and inventory controls. Mr. Brown is studying to complete the CAI, M-100 course to obtain his professional Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation through the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB). Mr. Brown’s background and experience with sales, service, and client communication retention, learned in his previous career, will eventually allow him to become valued associate as an association portfolio manager.
