Christina Robert – Administrative Assistant

Christina’s role within the company is to provide customer service support to company community managers and our Association cliental. She also directly interfaces with client vendors/contractors and community members on a wide range of issues and provides follow up and quality of care.  She is responsible for answering telephones, administrative tasks, scanning documents, correspondence, supplies, overseeing mass community mailers for notifications, Newsletters, Budgets and California Civil Code requirements. She also is in charge of filing and tracking client archive file inventory.
