Office Access Changes
Due to COVID-19, Weldon L. Brown Company is classified as an essential business. Our staff and managers are working at our offices, to support every association. Starting on March 17, 2020, Weldon L. Brown Company offices are locked, to provide the safest possible work environment in order to protect the health of the staff handling the phones, and performing necessary in-office work.
If you need immediate assistance, please call the Weldon L. Brown Company office (951) 682-5454.
Board members: Please call, or email your community manager, and they will assist you.
Vendors: If you need to pick up a check, please make arrangements with your community manager prior to your arrival. We ask that you allow the Weldon L. Brown Company to mail your check.
Homeowners: Payments can be made through our website located on our home page. To make a payment by phone please call (951) 682-5454. Payments can be placed in our drop box located at the front of our building (left of the door). 5029 La Mart Dr. Riverside, CA 92507. Payments can also be sent to our P.O. Box (C/O Weldon Brown Co. PO Box 513049, Los Angeles, CA. 90051-1049)
