Terri Cawthon – Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Cawthon came to the Company with an extensive accounting background in community association & property management.

She is a member of CAI and with over 34 years of experience in community association & property management accounting – ML preparation and review, budgets and financials statement preparation pursuant to the GAAP statement of NACPA. Mrs. Cawthon is a team leader, very organized with additional experience in customer service and interfacing with vendors, contractors, financial institutions, community association clients, and Board of Directors.
