Cherie Brown is an experienced and dedicated Portfolio Manager with a diverse background in residential sales, customer service, office administration, and property management. With over two decades of experience in the real estate and community management industries, Cherie brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to client satisfaction in every aspect of her work.

Currently managing a mixed portfolio that includes condominiums, planned unit developments, and commercial properties, Cherie is known for her exceptional communication skills and ability to see tasks through to completion with precision and professionalism. Her client-centric approach ensures productive relationships with homeowners, board members, vendors, and fellow professionals alike.

Cherie is actively working toward earning her Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation through the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), further strengthening her expertise in community management. She is also a proud member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), staying engaged with industry best practices and ongoing professional development.

In addition to her portfolio management role, Cherie holds a valid California Real Estate License (#01221408), which enhances her ability to support clients with a comprehensive understanding of real estate regulations and market trends.
